Our Mission is to empower leaders and dreamers to achieve their goals and thrive. For Peter Drucker, the father of modern management and one of the inspirations behind the establishment of FC&C, the “best way to predict the future is to create it.” Let’s create yours now.
Based in the Inland Empire, FC&C is a family-owned business that was founded to address a problem facing many small- and mid-sized public and private businesses and organizations today: a lack of solid consulting and coaching support at a competitive price.
Chief Executive Officer Kathleen Fariss and Chief Operating Officer Mike Fariss decided that FC&C would become a key provider of these services to better serve organizations and individuals in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors.
Together they lead an extensive team of consultants with a range of experiences helping organizations to achieve success and transformation.
The FC&C philosophy is based on these principles:
Decision-making empowerment: We want our clients to become empowered in their decision-making process by providing them with the best insights to take control of their companies’ future success.
Trust: When we take on an assignment, we are committed to helping our clients find the right solutions for their specific challenges.
Top-level engagement: At FC&C, our clients work directly with the company’s principals. You won’t be treated like a number. Your needs are our top priority.
Collaboration: Every voice matters. Each person in your organization has something valuable to say. That doesn’t mean that we believe in groupthink or collective thinking that will slow down the process. But we do seek to engage everyone to build more motivation and buy-in order to effectively reach your goals.
