Our History
Based in the Inland Empire, FC&C is a family-owned business that was founded to address a problem facing many small- and mid-sized public and private businesses and organizations today: a lack of solid consulting and coaching support at a competitive price.
Chief Executive Officer Kathleen Fariss and Chief Operating Officer Mike Fariss decided that FC&C would become a key provider of these services to better serve organizations and individuals in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors.
Together they lead an extensive team of consultants with a range of experiences helping organizations to achieve success and transformation.
