Kathleen Fariss
Kathleen Fariss is Co-Founder and CEO of Fariss Coaching & Consulting (FC&C) and a certified coach who develops strategies for professional transformation at the individual and organizational levels. Fariss’s approach to coaching is rooted in the reality that even though change is inevitable, leaders who are empowered to find their unique voices, speak their truths, and have access to relevant resources can flourish in even the most uncertain times.

Mike Fariss
Drawing on more than two decades of professional experience in management, Mike Fariss is the Co-Founder of FC&C, running the day-to-day operations of the business including financial and procedural aspects, maintaining excellent levels of service and guiding strategic direction. Additionally, he serves as Senior Customer Service Manager for Zep Sales and Service, a multi-million-dollar producer and distributor of maintenance and cleaning solutions.
